Experience the national landscapes of the Porvoonjoki River, the peace of the countryside and the Old Porvoo canoe ride, paddling yourself. At the end of the canoeing trip, we walk to the Old Town and end the trip to the southwest at the beach restaurant.

The canoeing trip can be tailored to the group, but the most recommended is a 10 km trip from Virtaala to the center of Porvoo. The trip is done with safe and sturdy open canoes and does not require previous kayaking experience.

The excursion includes a guided canoe trip, a cookie along the way, equipment rental, transport from the center of Porvoo to Virtaala, a guided walk and an archipelago lunch in Old Porvoo.

Duration: kayaking trip 3-5h, additional 2km walk to the river bank to Old Porvoo and lunch, full trip 5-7h. The trip and its duration can be customized according to the customer's wishes.
